They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here!
