"Beth was great, she worked around another contractors schedule and was very flexible.  The floors turned out beautifully. 
The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with was that they did not tape off the area that they were working in so dust got all over the house.  She did tell me in the initial bid that the job would be dusty due to the nature of it - lots of hand held sanders where the containment equipment wouldn't work correctly, and they did clean up the dust in the foyer, but I had dust everywhere. Overall, however, I would hire again.

They came out the same day and gave us a quote that was lower than expected, and significantly lower than another quote I received. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work that was completed. The wall is ready to paint, and they textured the ceiling after they patched it. They used a drop cloth to protect the floors, and swept everything up with a broom and vacuum.
