"I've hired them twice, first for the roof, second for siding. They weren't the absolute cheapest, but I'm more inclined to trust Amish owned businesses. Charge was exactly = to estimates. Roofing job, Amos actually moved up the scheduled date when a slot opened in his schedule so that was cool. Siding job there was a problem with the parts order, so I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for them to finish, but it bugged Amos so much that he drove to Maryland (I think? that, or Virginia) to get what he needed, and they finished the job the next day. Honored the workmanship warranty when I had to call one thing in. Communication isn't always the best, but it wasn't an issue."

I'll be honest, the price was a little more than we expected when we first got the estimate, but we didn't even bother with a 2nd or 3rd estimate because I could tell right away that we were going to get a high quality job. We got the airflow system and all. I was kept well-informed of when the team was going to arrive, when the dumpster was going to be dropped off, and when they needed to come back to finish a few planned follow-up things. The team that did the actual roof replacement was right on time, did an outstanding job, made themselves available if we had any questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Their Production Coordinator also did an excellent job and responded immediately to any questions we had. When the job was finished, we were given a complete walk-though of what they did. I have heard horror stories about roofers not showing up, not finishing the job, not cleaning up properly, etc. There was no need for any worry with this team and I would 100% recommend them for the peace of mind and a guaranteed excellent roof replacement."

"We are finishing our basement. We put up framing, insulation and paneling only to discover we had a condensation problem. We contacted a locally well known water damage and restoration company. After waiting two weeks, they called to tell us they were not interested in working with us. During these few weeks, we tore down the paneling and insulation.  We contacted Superior Insulation after noticing their great reviews here on Angie's List. We talked to Rick who gave us an idea of what the solution was and set up an appointment to view the problem area. Once he saw the problem area, he decided on a slightly different solution. Contract signed 3/18/15. Work completed  by Rick and Jim 3/30/15. They were very professional, thorough and nice to deal with. We are very happy with what they did.
