Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

They sent someone over within 24 hours, quickly identified the reason for the leaks (defective installation by a different roofing company), told us the necessary fix and how much it would cost, scheduled the job, ended up coming a week early to take advantage of favorable temperatures, and invited me up on the roof (twice), first to show me the problem and then to take a look at their work once they were done. They honored their estimate even though the job took longer than expected. And the leaks stopped. An A+ experience from start to finish."

"I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. "Dennis came the morning I called him and fixed a missing Ridge shingle on my roof as a snowstorm was about to hit - preventing snow from entering what had been a huge how right into my house. He then proceeded to reshingle a good portion of the back of my house where we had had some problems with ice dams. Terrific guy, can't thank him enough for coming on such short notice. We'll definitely be having him back to do more when the snow melts."

"When Ten did the main roof he was personable and did quality work. We wanted to use him for another project because of that. We have a leak coming from a copper apron and gutter. Ten came over and gave us a quote. We texted a few times about different options to address the leak. After we made our decision a few months ago to have the apron and gutters replaced with new copper we contacted Ten to get on his schedule. He has been unresponsive since. We have tried email, text, and phone calls. All have been ignored. We kept giving him the benefit of the doubt because we liked his work. So we basically wasted 2 months waiting for him when we should have been looking for someone else. The last email I sent I explained how frustrating it is to be ignored. And since we wasted so much time on him all other roofers are booked out for the season. We might have to live with the leak until Spring. All of this could have been avoided if he took 30 seconds to send me a text saying he was no longer interested. I thought he would at least have the decency to apologize but no nothing. Because of this I decided to write this review. If you decide to use him be aware that communication can be very difficult"
