The project consisted of replacing pavers stones that have sunken over the years. They also fixed a decorative front retaining wall that was leaning. I think sometimes repairing stone work or a stone wall can be a harder project than starting completely new. Well their work was awesome. Everything matched, everything came out great. "I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"We hired Hilario's Construction to build a retaining wall. The retaining wall is holding up the driveway so it was very important that a strong wall was built. Tomas and his crew demolished the old wall, removed the debris from the property, and constructed a new retaining wall. The work they performed was outstanding. The wall is strong and very attractive. They took the time to color match the stones with the side wall and installed drains to prevent water from building up behind the wall. What was originally a wall of cement and an eye sore became a beautiful stone wall that now adds character to my backyard. After the wall was completed, Tomas and his crew cleaned up the entire area, no small pebbles, cement, or debris of any kind was left behind. They even filled in cracking in another area of my yard.
