"Roberto was really efficient, very pleasant , he came out when he said he would , I had already scheduled a contractor for today Thursday , made time and no show , no text no call I chased them and they gave me a barrage of excuses as to why . Roberto was on the ball , communication was great very professional. I had my tree limbs ( which were very high) trimmed right back these were over my deck , trees on the side of the house which were pretty high . The dogwood tree cut right back , the hedge really trimmed back and the cherry tree at the front of the house paired back . They were here for nearly 7 hours . The price was the best I had out of 4 quotes , he was also the most credible and pleasant .
