Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. "This Company is terrific. When the damage to the chimney was found during the cleaning we were shown pictures which clearly showed the damage. We asked for an estimate and it was send quickly and was a very good price. The team showed up on time and not only were they professional they were very personable. When done they explained what was done and actually showed us what had been taken down so we could see how bad the old chimney had gotten. We have now found our chimney company for future cleanings and repairs. Highly recommend."

His quote was straightforward and accurate. His work speaks for itself as we are thrilled with the final product. I felt like Carlos respected my house, I think he was the neatest contractor I have ever used. He took out existing stone work and I was really happy about the minimal mess. I appreciate his punctuality and commitment to everything he said he would complete. I do think he charges a labor rate proportional to his results.
