"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. The materials actually arrived sooner than expected, and they started work early (when has that ever happened?). The crew demolished my old 8'x18' deck and replaced it with a new, code-compliant deck in 4 business days. They did excellent work and kept me up to date on progress the whole time. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."
