Joey stayed in touch every step of the way (and has a great sense of humor!) His team showed up a few minutes before 8am and was ready to head out by 3pm. Before arriving he did a courtesy phone call and email to make sure we were still on the same schedule. Mike showed exactly when he promised and took time before he installed the fence to get acquainted with me an Nemo. He explained everything he did and why and he showed me what to do to continue Nemo's training. The best part was his dog Hazlit who was very friendly and tolerated being harassed by Nemo. Hazlit actually helped him train my little one. Mike followed up with a call a couple days later to see how things were going and gave me some very good advice.
