"Weeds in the lawn are controlled much better than I was "controlling" it on my own with big box store fertilizers. I don't have to water in the treatments after application too. The treatments are also not deathly harmful to my cat or dog. No more fear from my family and neighborhood children and animals touching my lawn with mainstream, poisonous, fertilizers. And, I'm sure I've cut down the amount of chemicals running off my lawn and going into the drainage or neighbor's lawns."

"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"Over the time there have been 3 different technicians that have come out and they have all be extremely nice, friendly and professional. They also seemed to know what they were doing and the last technician has been coming for a good 3 or 4 years. I think they are very responsive. I had carpenter ants and I had general insect and termite service. They also bait for mice in the garage. If it is not time for a visit, but if I notice a problem, I just call and a technician will come out within a few days usually."

They are very dependable. I cannot say that I dislike something about them. On their last visit, they cut the grass, aerated the yard and put down the fertilizer. Their prices are reasonable."
