Let me start by saying, I contacted Eric through Home Advisor, prior to this he and I had never met. He called within a day and we talked about the scope of the job and my expectations, we agreed on a time for him to come over. My wife and I have refurbished distressed homes in the past so our expectations can be quite high. We not only strive for the best price we also expect quality and most of all punctuality. Eric McGinn met all of these. He gave my wife and I multiple quotes based on what may or may not come up during demo. We were very pleased at the end for it to be the lowest of the quotes. As for quality, we were overwhelmed! Last but not least punctuality. Eric's business requires him to work outside, so the weather plays a huge role in job completion. Eric contacted me with a request to push our start date out because of weather. We agreed on a new date and off we went. The job was started on time and in my opinion finished a day or two early. "Chris and his crew are great! We have used them twice now and I am sure we will be using them again for future projects that we have in mind. This second time he expanded our back patio and added a sidewalk around our home. There was a lot of rain so things did get delayed, but Chris was always up front about any issues or delays that got in his way of completing our job. They came out promptly, and after talking to Nick, I decided to repair my parking area, which was cracked and had standing water issues. It took a bit longer than I expected to get them out to acutally start the project, but when they came I was more than pleased with the service and the knowledge that Nick had. I am currently thinking of hiring them for another project.
