"<p>I was so pleased.  This was all older carpet installed by the previous homeowner and it had pet urine and renovation dust as well as just plain old dirt.  We also had second hand furniture.  I was just going to ride it out until we ripped out the carpet to replace it but my daughter got married there and so we decided to have it cleaned to at least make the best of it.  Stains are gone.  Looks great!  I can put off replacing it for quite a while because it looks so much better.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"After fixing the AC wiring problem, the Technician inspected the Furnace since the he knew this older furnace has some issues. Found several cracks on the heat exchanger, which could produce deadly carbon monoxide! Was not asked to check the furnace and Kotz does not sell furnaces. Left after many thank yous with no mention of a furnace seller. Great old-fashioned work ethic: Honest and one who considers the customer FIRST! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH SHEREN HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THE FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS WITH A TECHNICIAN (BRANDON, I THINK) WHO WAS FANTASTIC. HE WAS HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. "I went through many before I found one that was really good. They do residential, commercial and upholstery. She has two guys that do upholstery and carpet cleaning, which is extra. They also power wash windows inside and outside. They also do usual things that are extra like refrigerators. When they go through the initial run-through the very first time, she has 3 girls and it is about 1 1/2-2 hours. She charges anywhere from $130-$179. My house is a 1500 square foot ranch so it is not that big and she charged me $130. Then she goes by the week. She has 3 ladies that come to my house and they get done in an hour. I pay $77. She originally came in and went through the house and saw what I wanted done. Then she gave me a price from that. I will absolutely continue to use them."

"The technician arrived on time as per scheduling from a week prior. He cleaned and checked the equipment as expected He also.made recommendations for the heating for the home being vacant for a portion of the winter months, and how to get service in case of equipment failure if I wasn't around. He also checked out a AC project I have planned for the spring."
