I had a leak for years that no one could fix.  I finally resigned myself to the fact that I needed a new roof given the age of my current one.  I received 3 estimates all in the same range, all were quite expensive.  Then a friend of mine recommended J & K Roofing.  They came out and inspected the roof.  The did the most thorough inspection of all the roofers and as a result informed me that I did not need a new main roof.  It could be repaired and they were so confident in the repair that they gave me a good warranty too.  Further, they said my roof still had an additional 10 plus years of life to it.  They repaired my main roof for a fraction of what others wanted for a new roof.  And they replaced the flat roof for a very good price as well.  They showed up promptly, completed the job quickly, they were neat, clean and polite.  And they fixed the leak!!
