"1. Their machine broke down. They tried for hours to get it fixed. The brought in a different one and it didnâ t start. They finally got the original machine working but it was night time. 2. They finished and I couldnâ t inspect until morning. By that time the defects were visible and bad. Two rows were different colors. This is because the machine broke down and they had to wait hours and they made a new batch of mix that didnâ t match the first. 3. They avoided all my calls. I called and called. Iâ d wait weeks and when I finally got someone and gave my address they wouldnâ t show. 4. 2 years I called again and kept all the pictures and they forgot my address and came. As soon as he arrived I was waiting outside so he couldnâ t leave. I showed him all the work they did bad and of course he had every excuse in the book except an apology or to fix it. I would steer clear of this company. There are a lot of good reviews but pay close attention to the few that are bad. They did a horrible job, vanished and didnâ t try to resolve or fix anything. I pretend not to speak English very well. Showed home pictures from that time with date time and nothing but more excuses. Co Taft me if you wish so I can show you how bad the Joâ s was they did. "I had a White Fly problem on my Ficus tree in my front yard. I called Florida’s Best Lawn and Pest. By the next day they were already on the scene to diagnose the problem and treat my tree. They sprayed the Ficus with some White Fly removal spray. Within 2 months the White Fly was totally gone! They came back every other month to check up on the status of the tree until the problem was solved. Definitely recommend!"

"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

"After finally receiving a call back a few days after I left my initial message, the owner followed up and came over for the initial consult. While she may know plants, her disposition is somewhat off putting and not very professional. I had explained that we were looking to enhance our existing landscaping and noted that our budget is $3,000. I was immediately told that it would cost the owner about $1,600 to just get her crew out to my property (not sure why a potential customer needs to be advised of that, especially during the first 5 minutes of the meeting). That was prior to us discussing the types of plants that would potentially be installed. She proceeded to rip apart the existing landscaping and appeared rushed throughout the appointment, which lasted about 15 minutes. This is a single such experience from 4 different designers that we actually received quotes from. My appointment was over a week ago, and I am yet to hear from the company. I imagine based on my initial experience that our $3,000 budget was not significant enough and the owner's overall disposition did not leave me with and impression that our hard-earned money and somewhat of a decent budget was worth her time. Fortunately, we found a landscape design company through Angie's List that provided us with a completely opposite experience and we are very happy with!"
