"Let Jose know my budget was $2500. After going back and forth I agreed to $2800. After they started work I was asked to fix additional items. Examples: There we 2 sprinkler heads that were broken ($40, per head). That turned to 4 springler heads. The charge was $475 for that. I have three small back yard entrances where white stones were put down. That charge was $900. I was told the sprinkler timer was only working on one zone and needed to be replaced. He indicated the digital ones could be up to $800. I said I wanted nothing fancy. Timer was not replaced. I thought this was included. The palm trees were supporsed to be trimmed as they were touching the house. As they were leaving I had to reimind them about this. The total cost went from $2800 to $5000+. I felt the prices were high based on agreement of $2800 budget, even with additional items. I had a irrigation specialist come and he said the timer is not broken or stuck in zone one."

"I hired the company to replace my mother's sprinkler pump. They quoted me $400. The final bill was $1,000, and they didn't hook up the control switch to the house. The pump worked one time and then stopped pumping. Contractor is not taking my calls. I guess my next call is to the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend. Zero stars. Beware of this contractor!"
