"Awful communication!!! I hired them about 6 months ago for "AC service". I have a 15 year old AC and wanted to know if it still had a couple years of life or if it needed to be replaced. I replace my air filter and clean the drain pipes every 6 weeks so it's fine from a general maintenance perspective. My wife setup the appointment because she got a referral from someone at her work. I tried calling them several times before the appointment to find out what I would be billed for. Nobody could tell me anything and they kept telling me they'd call me back. Well, nobody called me back and the appointment date came. I asked the tech what they were going to do and he said diagnostics and flush the lines. I thought that meant he was cleaning some lines inside the AC - NOT the drain pipes that I clean myself. Anyway, I got a bill later for cleaning the (already clean) drain pipes and replacing the filter (which I just did 2 weeks before). Had they communicated with me none of this would've been an issue. After several emails with them, they eventually reversed the bill. So about a month ago we decided to replace our AC and I made another huge mistake by giving them another chance. They replaced the AC and the new unit is 10x louder than our old unit. We could not sleep with this thing on. I tried calling them to see if there is something we can do about the noise but they never call back when they say they will. And worst of all, my walls and staircase have huge gouges in them from carrying the equipment up/down the stairs. They also ran the overflow switch wire in front of the filter door and told me that I need to remove the switch every time I replaced the filter. That really annoyed me. Why would anyone think that was acceptable???? I would not recommend them to anyone who expects at least minimal customer service. I hate giving bad reviews, but this really was a miserable experience dealing with these people."

Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We knew that going in, so we were not disappointed and, in fact, the price we received was a little higher than we'd expected."
