"I hired East Coast Metal Roofing to install a new roof on a rental property. I had one problem after another. They didn’t look in the attic when doing their estimate, and to my surprise, all the plywood had to be replaced. Then, they were pushing me to sign off on the statement of completion using words of guilt, not fair. They schedule a crew to clean three times, and I still found 18 nails and a large 8” by 8” metal shingle laying in the open, plain sight. Now, I had a home inspector inspect the completeness of their work, I’m being told that the flashing on the heat pipe is properly installed.
