"West Coast Manufacturing did an outstanding job fabricating and installing our stair handrail from start to finish. Pedro’s communication was timely and clear, and he really listened to what I wanted in terms of both function and design. After our initial conversation, he provided a proposal for review, and once I approved it, he followed up with a detailed drawing so I could clearly picture the finished railing. Fabrication was completed quickly and the installation went smoothly. The quality of the work is excellent. The new railing is solid, looks great, and genuinely enhances the curb appeal of our home.
