But Kyle at Fence Pros Direct was willing to work with me. Accommodating not only a quick start date but coming out 2x's for an estimate as the job changed from the original plans. I can not say enough good things about this company! Kyle my sale rep was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and honest. Jhon and his crew installed the fence in just a few hours on a SATURDAY!!! They were very friendly, very through and very clean. I am so happy with this fence. If your on the fence about hiring this company (pun intended) - please know i am a tough person when it comes to contractors, i hold them to high standards. Don't hesitate! you won't be disappointed. He responded to our phone call quickly and made an immediate appointment to assess the needed repair, as we were under a time constraint. He not only gave us an estimate that we were happy with, he also made the repairs with no disruption and no damage to the inside of our house. We were advised by every other contractor we contacted that this could possibly happen. He was very professional and friendly and had the work completed in a far shorter time period than we expected. He kept us informed of everything he was doing. Once our town inspector approved the repair, Noah finished closing in the wall so neatly, that you would be hard pressed to find evidence that he was there. "If you need a a new fence or need anything that Renato and his company does, hire them. We had used Ram for some vinyl siding work in 2019. They were fast and gave a reasonable price. I text Renato on Sunday night asking if he did fences. He text me back that night, was at my house Monday morning and had an estimate to me Monday night. Price was reasonable and I didn't need to look anywhere else. Renato said he had to wait for materials to come in. He text me 2 days later advising he would be there the next morning to do the job. The fence is great. We love it. Renato is trustworthy and takes pride in his work. I'm not going to use anyone else for anything to do with my house if Renato does it."

"The repair job was done well and on time using professional grade equipment and materials. Crew was courteous and responsive to my concerns.The new grass is now growing and so far looks good. <br /> The lawn maintenance program of the rest of the lawn was started two weeks earlier with an application of fertlilizer, and crabgrass pre-emergent herbicide, and broad leaf herbicide to contain other weeds. Radek Molenda, the owner of the company, did this application himself. Initial results are promising, but we'll only know for sure after at least one full season. <br /> Price is somewhat on the high side, but worth it. The repair job was considerably more expensive than other quotes, but justified by the quality of work, supplies, and equipment used. The regular lawn maintenance program is about 20% above reputable competitors, but this was the only company willing and able to semi-customize the program to reflect lab recommendations and my preferences.  <br /> Radek, a graduate in horticulture from the University of Rhode Island specialized in turf management,  is knowledgeable and clients that understand what is going on and are aware of good horticultural practices can have an intelligent discussion with him. <br />"

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

My only dissatisfaction was that the initial gutter installation was sloppy,only after a few adjustments was it acceptable. <br /> The overall experience was first rate. On time,on budget with a great end product. <br /> Bruce always has very good suggestions about what to do and provides options as well as pro's and con's for everything. He is very professional and friendly and spends time working with you he even met us at Home Depot to assist with tile selection. "I was very satisfied. They were knowledgeable as well as skilled. Due to a fence and other barriers to access, Tony brought in a crane becuase I had asked him not to cut down a section of the fence. The fence also limited their ability to grind the stumps and they returned approximately 3 weeks later with one day notice to finish the stumps while I was having a new fence installed. I greatly appreciated it. <br />"
