"We met with Butch for an estimate to remodel our kitchen Butch was very professional and was receptive to our ideas. <br /> He came up with a number of his own suggestions and creative ideas as how the work could be preformed and when. He gave us his <br /> full attention during a + two hour interview and took a very professional approach to our requests. <br /> We didn't use Butch as a family member surfaced with a contractor's license and we thought we should use the related party to keep peace in the family. If that party had not come into the picture Butch would have won our business. <br />"

"Cesar was a real pro! He did a superb job on the giant tiles (2'x4' weighing 35 lbs each!) we used on the shower walls and the bathroom floor. We had a very limited supply and he made sure nothing was wasted. He even corrected oversights which our general contractor missed. We highly recommend him!"

"P.M. Landscaping is outstanding! We highly recommend them for installation without reservation! We hired P.M. Landscaping to re-grade our backyard drainage, then install an extensive area of pavers, and finally add drip irrigation for our new landscaping. We ended up installing boulder retaining-walls to secure the steep hills in our back yard which slope toward our house. The whole project took about 4.5 weeks of full-time, multi-laborer work. P.M. Landscaping was attentive to detail and asked for input where there were choices to be made. At the end of each day they cleaned up and put their tools aside in one area. We waited several months for them to be able to do our job. The wait was longer than usual due to the COVID19 pandemic slowing paver manufacturing. We are very glad we could wait to get the best!"

"We liked him a lot.  He was always prompt and seemed like he would do a good job.  We ended up going with another contractor because of personal recommendation.  He was our number two.  The quote was reasonable.  He was knowledgeable.  We did see his work.  We went onsite and to see his work.  I would recommend him.  With just the little bit of experience that we had, we thought that he was going to work out really well.  He got really busy and couldn’t fit into our schedule.  We then found someone else.  He was very responsive.  He gave us a handwritten quote and we wanted something more formal."

"The do several different lawn services. They cut the grass, trim different things, and more. They are very friendly and nice. I really like them. The leader, Ruth is just amazing. She is very knowledgeable about plants. She helped me bring back a few plants that I thought I lost. She gave me tips on when to feed them and other tips. The price is very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Bradley, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
