It is a father and son company that provides the services themselves (no subcontracting). "Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."
