They replaced many of the beams providing support for the deck and then rebuilt the decking using Timber Tech composite materials. There was one delay in completing the job due to the complicated design of the steps down to the backyard from the deck. This required a custom railing and led to an increase in price. However, Mario communicated our options well and kept us apprised of the status. After the new railing was delivered, Mario and crew completed the job quickly. We are very happy with the results."
