"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do."

Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"Generally Pleasant experience from quoting to completion and the people I interacted with are respectful and professional. New roof was done in one day and I was happy with the way they protected the surroundings of the house and my patio area, which had newly installed pavers. While replacing my roof I was slightly disappointed in the fact that they didn't bring to my attention a loose soffit and missing fascia board which they could have addressed while they were up there. It was the perfect opportunity and even if I had to pay a little extra the job would have been done. This wouldve avoided me the trouble of calling a different professional and going through the hassle of hiring and managing another (very minor) project. When you select a company that has the most and best reviews you almost expect them to blow you out of the water in terms of customer service/satisfaction. It would also be helpful to inform the customer who is in charge when the project manager steps away in case something comes up. The roof looks great otherwise and they did work with me on price and financing options."
