"We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. "These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. "RJW did an excellent job in laying out options, describing details of installation, providing updates to scheduling and actual installation. Company was the most expensive of all quotes I received. But you get what you pay for. There was one minor issue with the install due to project manager's oversight. But that was quickly resolved without question. This was one of the most stress free contracting jobs I've had."

"Generally Pleasant experience from quoting to completion and the people I interacted with are respectful and professional. New roof was done in one day and I was happy with the way they protected the surroundings of the house and my patio area, which had newly installed pavers. While replacing my roof I was slightly disappointed in the fact that they didn't bring to my attention a loose soffit and missing fascia board which they could have addressed while they were up there. It was the perfect opportunity and even if I had to pay a little extra the job would have been done. This wouldve avoided me the trouble of calling a different professional and going through the hassle of hiring and managing another (very minor) project. When you select a company that has the most and best reviews you almost expect them to blow you out of the water in terms of customer service/satisfaction. It would also be helpful to inform the customer who is in charge when the project manager steps away in case something comes up. The roof looks great otherwise and they did work with me on price and financing options."

"We recently hired American Quality Home Improvement to re-side our house which was built in 1985 and had its original vertical cedar wood siding. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
