Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. John does not disappoint. He delivered  as we went with his recommendation on the turf that was popular and very natural looking.  John also has a good sense of landscape design that I did not find with other installers.  After the job I had a couple of questions.  John sent his supervisor out to talk to me.  Nice personal touch.  I got 2 other quotes and Landscape West was the same price as others who brought less knowledge to the table.  
We had a significant rain storm and the artificial turf drains better than our natural lawn.
