He was able to do an emergency fix for a door that the fire department broke during a 911 call for my elderly aunt who was living alone. "Great experience having hired Mr Zee to handle some home repairs that were beyond my capabilities. He arrived on time, in a subtle, well equipped minivan stocked to the gills with tools and supplies. Zach had all the experience and knowledge to get these jobs done. First was ripping out my old mailbox and post and replacing with the post, PVC cover and mailbox I had aleady purchased. I took his advice on some mounting changes to enhance the install. The second job I had for him involved adjusting/ rehanging a pantry door that I had rebuilt and could not get to hang correctly..... literally took him about 60 seconds to install some longer mounting screws on one hinge and adjust. He purchased the door for me, retrofitted the frame, and replaced all the door hardware. I showed him another interior bifold closet door that I wanted to get fixed at a future date and he went so far as to repair it and did not charge me for it. He cleaned up when he was done. When I told him that we could not row away the damaged patio door in the compactor because I would get fined, he offered to dispose it for only $20. He provided an invoice that did not include any surprise charges. I am very happy with my repair and have already talked with him about doing a future painting project for my condo. The pictures include 2 ?before? and the ?after? which is the pretty white door that looks new lol."
