When the service technician arrived it took him no time at all to program them and he admitted it was something that could have been handled over the phone. I disputed the charge for the service call and the office personnel I spoke to was very short and snippy with me but promised to discuss with the owner and call me back. I hesitated when she said this and she reassured me that she would definitely call me back. I waited 3 days. She never called back and my check was cashed. My husband, whom they spoke to, had a 20+ year career of working with complex motherboards of equipment so it was definitely not an issue of him being unable to follow the instructions given. I absolutely feel that they were just trying to fleece us out of the cost of a service call. It is absolutely the last money they will ever receive from us."
