"Unbelievable how quickly these guys get work started and done. These guys had come out to assess the job within a day, had started the job within a few days, and after starting had finished the job on two and a half bathrooms and their mold issues in just a couple days. Between removing damaged surfaces, completely removing the mold, and protecting the surfaces, the job was done very cleanly and seemed to go very well."

"Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. "Kurt was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I had received several conflicting opinions from other companies. After fully examining the attic, Kurt was able to explain that the principal problem was high humidity levels in the attic. He laid out several solutions to the problem, all of which can be accomplished easily and inexpensively. Kurt spent approximately 90 minutes checking out the problem and made every effort to explain my options. Others had suggested very expensive solutions. Kurt solved the problem without resort to extreme, unnecessary, and expensive measures."

"Had two leakage under the sink. Mike was able to find the leakage and fixed it. He explained the problem to me and did excellent job. Very satisfied, will hire him again."

"Kim and Steve showed up about 2 hours after my call and went right to work.  They identify the damaged areas very quickly and describe a course of action for me.  The pulled up the carpet and took out the wet pad...place three blowers and a dehumidifier to dry up the water.  A new team came by on Tuesday to place new padding ..repair the seams and clean the carpet.  All in all a good experience considering. Great job guys..thanks!
