"I was very pleased with the fence installment. They were very timely from first meeting to start day (it did not take a long time to get them out and do the job. They also did excellent follow-up after our initial meeting. The only two complaints I have are: 1) The installment day they told me they would arrive about 7:15-7:30. They were late and did not call. I needed to be at an appointment so I phoned at 8:45 and they said they would be here in 30 minutes. They were another hour late and didn't call. I called again and they said they were out back. They should have called first or come to the front door to let me know they were here so I could show them what we wanted and leave for work. So on this front, they need to be more professional and call to let the customer know they will be late. And 2) When I had the original meeting to take measurements I mentioned that the only requirement was that they not use aliens on their work team. I was assured that this would not happen. When they showed up, there were three men (2 Americans and one Mexican). By that time it was too late and I didn't say anything. But those two complaints aside, they did a beautiful job on the fence. The excellent work they did more than made up for the two complaints I mentioned. It was custom made, aesthetic, and very well built. We are very pleased and would recommend Deck Cetera to neighbors and friends."

"All work was done beautifully. Other than the fact that I need to paint the area, you can't tell there was ever cracks in the wall or seams. Work was performed diligently and professionally. Tarps were put down and the area was thoroughly cleans upon completion. This is my second time using their services, but for a different type of repair. Will definitely be using their services again. "We had a great experience from end to end with Tim and his crew.  They showed up right on time and we're prepared with 3 guys (including Tim), hand trucks, furniture pads, and shrink wrap. They immediately jumped into preparing all of the items which consistent of mainly large furniture (e.g. beds, media centers, bookcases, etc) and about 10 boxes of mixed sizes that we packed prior to their arrival.  They packed everything up in an efficient manner and it took about an hour and a half to get on the road.  After a drive down to the new place, they jumped right out and started moving stuff. They had a little trouble with a few items that were large and had to cut around tight corners or spaces; however, they were proactive in figuring out a way to get the furniture in by removing a handrail or two.  As soon as they were done with those items, they promptly re-attached the handrails and continued on with the rest of the move.  They were also very conscientious to make sure they weren't tracking mud or any debris into the house as they loaded/unloaded.  Tim's crew were also very personable and polite. All said, we had no damage done to any of the furniture or items we packed (some of which was glassware). We are very happy with the move and the great job done by Tim and his team!"
