After agreeing on a price, they asked if they could start that same day and put in a good 3 hours of work. They then put in another solid 3 days to complete the job. "Perfectly done, was advised to go with rolled roofing on porches due to pitch, upgraded to architectural shingles over 3-tab for same price. Joel with Roof Rehab came down and looked at the roof, and then came back when the inspector was here. We all 3 talked through the process so everyone knew what to expect. Roof Rehab was in contact with myself and the insurance Co to make sure there was nothing that fell through the cracks. The Roof Rehab crew, tore off, disposed of the material, and put on the new roof, cleaned up, and rolled the area with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in 1 day."
