He patiently and professionally explained every step of the work to be done, answering questions as we moved through this process. when finished he took measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote on the cost of the project. A few days later after accepting the quote, a very friendly lady from the company's office called to make arrangements to do the job. When the time came, the roofing materials arrived the day before. The dumpster and the company owner along with his crew were here on time the next morning to do the job. It was a very cold and extremely windy morning but they went right to work. The weather conditions were very unpleasant but didn't seem to hinder them in accomplishing their task. They did everything mentioned in the contract including a good cleanup up the premises.
