"Bill did the work; he took his time and pre-treated everything. After the sidewalks were pressure washed Bill re-treated the sidewalk again to ****** the return of any mold/mildew. Before cleaning, the sidewalk was just about black; after cleaning, the sidewalk were almost white! The garage is clad with vinyl siding and was covered with green mold (it sits next to a small creek). After Bill finished cleaning it, I was stunned - the siding was so clean it looked new! I gave him a sizable tip for his efforts."

I will move in in August; my sister went to open the door for Brittany; she said she cleaned and cleaned - even the walls that had pollen all over them (which you could not see on the photos). My sister says that I must give Brittany a tip because she went above and beyond. I can't wait to meet her myself. BTW, the shower, not in any picture of the house for sale, was beyond awful - so dirty; as I said no one lived there since 2002 and it needed the most cleaning; Brittany tackled it as a professional - even when my sister sent her a photo. "Chris arrived with his crew the day before the work was to be done and went over all the details again with me concerning the roof and painting. Chris explained to me how the work would be done start to finish and that is exactly the way the work was done. The crew was on time to start the job and was very careful not to damage any of my outside plants. They placed tarps down on my grass to catch the old nails from my roof. The crew kept the yard clean and picked up. The crew cleaned out my gutters when the job was done and even allowed me to throw some junk in their clean up trailer before hauling it off. Elite Roofing returned the next day and started painting both inside and outside of my house. The roof took only 1 day to complete and the painting took 2 days. Im very pleased with the overall experiece Ive had with Elite Roofing both on my home and my mothers home.
