"From the get go, the project went well and as planned. It was certainly one of the smoothest projects I have been associated with. Exovations was responsive and professional. Sales Consultant Ken Huth was very professional and easy to work with. Not only is Ken is a good listener (a VERY important attribute to have!) and thorough, but he made himself available, even on weekends. Once the project started, our Project Manager, Chris Campbell was equally professional. Chris was on site everyday, and immediately responsive to any issues that came up. Our house is an older house in Decatur (1927) so there were some surprised. Chris and his crew addressed unforeseen issues quickly and seamlessly. Several days after the project was completed and paid for, Chris still stopped by to check on the completed job. There is an old adage that it is always better to do a few things right as opposed to trying to be all things to everybody. For us, Exovations did strictly exterior work. Their crews are skilled and aligned for the task at hand.. They have separate crews for each job: doors and windows, siding, gutters and finishing. The professionalism of each crew was evident, and they contributed greatly to the success of the project, and no doubt the organization as a whole."
