"The crew did an adequate job of removing post construction dust. During the 1st walkthrough of the home, I made the mistake of not pointing out every single surface that I wanted cleaned after Diego assured me that his crew did this type of work frequently and knew what they were doing. I wouldn't call what they did a ?detail clean?... many surfaces were missed. He did send the crew back to ?touch up? at no cost. Neither my spouse or I were available to do a 2nd walkthrough on the only day his crew was available to ?touch up?. Unfortunately we continue to find a noticeable amount of dust in drawers, wall surfaces, etc."

"Mark made an appointment and came by to see what projects I needed done. We agreed on a start date and he arrived on time bringing his son as his helper.  The first day, they worked from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the fence and cleaned up everything before leaving.  They returned the next day and worked from 9:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Mark is a perfectionist and his attention to detail is remarkable. Before he left my house, everything was cleaned up, swept, and all extra wood was cut to size for the garbage pick up. He agreed to return for other projects.

"Awesome!   I called with a last minute request (because I decided to throw a party and things were pretty dirty).  Georald promptly responded to my inquiry (I sent a message on Angie's List but then decided to call as well and he had already reviewed my message).  He was able to schedule me in within 2 days, gave me a very reasonable price, showed up promptly at the time scheduled, and was extremely cordial and courteous.  The end result is fantastic (I had no idea how dirty things really were). 
He is going to come back next week and do my house (exterior walls and trim) and I can't wait to see how much cleaner it will look.

"Roger and his team spent about 2 days at my home revamping all my plant/flower beds, which were in very bad shape. They cleaned out everything, added new soil/mulch; and consulted on new plants and design. They built up the beds with new top soil and mulch and planted a large number of new plants (not dinky ones, but nice sized plants). The gutters were also cleaned out and power-washed. A large number of flagstones were power-washed and "reset." The team was on time, and worked diligently until the job was done. The job was handled very professionally, looks beautiful, and as a result I have hired Magic Touch to do the ongoing maintenance of my lawn/landscape. Great job!"
