"Denrick told me I would need two yards of fabric for four chairs. I bought Crypton upholstery fabric (because we have two cats that love to scratch upholstery and shed their weight in fur!) which was on sale at joann.com for $20/yd (originally $50/yd). I got a color that went with my living room sofa set. I dropped off the old seats and the fabric at his workshop. He said the original plywood was still in good condition, so he would just need to replace the foam with new 2" thick foam. Denrick called me when the chairs were ready and he delivered the seats to my home. He reattached the reupholstered seats to the chairs with new 1 1/4" coarse thread screws. The new chairs look fantastic and the thicker foam is so much more comfortable than before! This is the first time I have had furniture reupholstered as I had previously never even considered it as an option to replacing otherwise perfectly good furniture, but I am really glad I did!"

"The professional wanted to come a bit earlier than planned, and I met him at the house. He was VERY professional and very personable. I can tell he has very good customer service skills. He performed the carpet cleaning first and did an amazing job. He even spot cleaned a few spots around the house that needed it (dogs) for no extra charge (a while he was near it thing, he said). I appreciated it and even offered to pay extra, and he refused it. He then cleaned the oversized sofa and loveseat. The house smelled clean and fresh afterwards. The ONLY disappointing thing about the whole experience was that the cleaning job on the couch/love seat didn't really remove the dog hair very well. That's what cost the most, was cleaning the furniture. I was really wanting that (the dog hair removal) to be done. But the furniture was clean, that is for sure! Overall, I know I would hire these guys again! He was very clear to me on how long the drying process would take, and he put my furniture on styrofoam so the wooden legs wouldn't warp. VERY WELL DONE!!!"
