Missing roofing water pools soaks thru the roof? not (hot mopped) water works its way thru the plywood and onto the parked cars. His guys left the lights hanging didn't secure them back to the joist, Call Mike leave messages e-mail, nothing, no warranty on the contract he gives a warranty but does not fulfill it.
