"We had a leak in our roof that we needed to take care of and we contacted a few companies for estimates. Out of the three, we chose KM Roofing because their pricing was fair and reasonable and we’re so glad we did! The quality of their work was amazing, and the entire process went smoothly. Our roof looks great, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My husband and I are more than happy to recommend KM Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services!"

"This was my second project with HEXAGON CONSTRUCTION and by far the largest and most complex. (Replacing an old, clay tile roof on a three story house is no job for a rookie.) HEXAGON’s owner, Eli Vatkin, is what everyone should be looking for in a contractor. He’s knowledgeable, reasonably priced, trustworthy, responds promptly to any concerns that you have during the project, keeps you apprised of its progress, finishes on time, and generally aims to please. His contracts were straightforward and “by the book.” On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice guy. Rarely will you find all these qualities in a contractor—and I’ve been around long enough to know. "

"Frontline roofing was not professional, did a rush job and didn't complete the job to my satisfaction. After the job I see tiles were not placed correctly and there is lot of gaps in between the tiles. The job was to fix the leak, replace the underlayment and wood underneath. They didn't change the rafters and it still look rotten. It is like new wood sitting on top of weak foundation. They were supposed to pain it atleast to look good which was also not done to the satisfaction. After the job was completed, i can still see lot of gaps in tiles, nails poking through shilplab boards, chipped rafters because of improper nailing and an obvious unprofessionally completed look of the roof. I wouldn't recommend engaging Frontline Roofing to other customers of Home Advisor or any homeowner."

"The work was done perfectly. My roof was old and there were surprises that could not be predicted and JH's staff handled them all. They also did extra work that was not in original scope. Pricing was honest and reasonable. We just had rains and I'm thankful NO LEAKS - thank you JH!"

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Brea, CA

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
