He made an estimate on the spot, then the following week went to the nursery with us all day and picked out all the plants. His team dug out a foot into our yard, threw out all the bad dirt, brought a truck and filled it with better dirt, laid out a brand new sprinkler system, tons of lighting, and planted over 60 plants/trees/shrubs and so on.
