We arrived after the install was complete and met with them where they described every detail of the job. Communication is key to any long distance or local work and Pipeworx delivered in spades - the work was excellent and we are using them for another project."

Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. I could not be happier with the work or the quality of materials. 5 of 5 stars for sure!"
