Adam came out the very next day and took detailed pictures of various repairs we need to make, sent us a quote that very day, then J.R., came out 3 days later (only because the next 2 days were snowing and cold again) and performed the most urgent repair that was causing the leak. We are finishing our remodel and will be calling BLU back out to do the rest of the necessary repairs to our roof before the "rainy season" hits.
