"Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! Respectful, polite, cared about his employee and completed the job with heavy concrete tiles in a timely manner. Excellent rates. "It started out great, they were timely and professional. And they fixed the holes in the roof. However, they replaced the shingles with a significantly different color shingle. When I advised it was the wrong color, Yani said he would correct the issue. This was on November 3. After 4 texts of him telling us he would be out to replace the shingles, the work has not been completed. It is now December 16. Our last contact was on November 23rd. While we understand the right color match product was not available at the time, we are extremely disappointed the problem has not been resolved."
