"I invited the Texas Legendary Roofing and Construction Company because they gave a price 10% less than the other two and I regretted it. The price was several thousand. They had toreplace 5 tiles, seal the cracks on 10 tiles and joint with ventilation. They arrived instead of morning for lunch. They worked three hours. The next day they had to wash the roof by pressure washing (according to the contract). But in fact, they did a cheaper chemical soft washing. I constantly had to make critical comments on the quality of work. As a result, the roof leaks after it was raining for two days. The roof over the garage leaked. They promised that after the rain the roof would be I like new, but it remained with large dirty stains.( I have photo ) . I think I'll have to look for a more accurate contractor. George."

Everyone did a top notch job.  The roofers even went over the grounds two times picking up nails after the job was done, and did a very good job at that.  They were very pleasant folks.  We were glad to have them do the work.
After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
