"I hired Fence Doctor to repair a few sections of my fence that was damaged during the winter storm. Got a few estimate, one was 30% lower than Fence Dr, but ultimately decided to go with Herb since he seems to know fences really well, and was able to explain things. Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."

"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The fence boards are crooked, some don’t reach the ground so animals can get under (animals already digging). Muddy feet all over deck and patio. Bucket full of trash and some blowing around. Scraps of wood all over yard. Any and every plant, vine or flower nearby trampled or branches broken off. Electrical conduit also trampled. So disappointing. I would not hire them again."

"Mr Lopez did a walkthrough and pointed out the loose fence posts and said they needed to be replaced. Gave us price options for 4x4 and 4x6 replacement posts. We went with the 4x6 since we felt they would be able to support the fence portions that were not replaced, and the 4x6 looks fine. When they took out the old fence posts (many of which were put in 3-4 years ago by another company) we could see that some were rotted through, and some of the 7' posts were sunk only 6" into the ground. So we are very glad we replaced them. In all they replaced 21 posts plus the 12' section of fence. The replaced fence and gate look great. Mr. Lopez' crew could replace most posts without going into the neighbors' yards, which was convenient. It took 2-3 days to repair all the fences , and the gate was installed later. He and his crew were polite and professional. There was a minor issue with the gate being too narrow (measuring issue), but they put in a shim to correct for that. It still looks great. We definitely recommend Lopez Fencing."

"We called in a rush to get this done by our daughters birthday however they said they did not have any available time to do this for 7 weeks. When we expained the importance of the date and that we would put ourselves on the cancel list for an earlier date. They kindly did this and we were very impressed they were there the next week. They arrived promptly at 8 as scheduled. The employees got to work right away. They worked quickly and the foreman came and updated me several times. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my neighbors. The 100 foot fence was finished in the quoted 5 hours and by 2 pm they were cleaning/packing up. Our fence looks great and we are very happy with the product and service. Scott was the service representative that came out and gave us our quote. He was very nice and professional. "We contacted Straightline Construction to replace our house’s skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.)"
