"Service arranged for 10:00 a.m.; at 9:30 I got a call confirming the locksmith would be here and going over what needed to be done. Locksmith arrived at 9:50 and determined the the deadbolt needed adjustment and not replacing to stop the "sticking". He first swapped out the offending door knob, which took 5 minutes! Then he removed the innards of the lock and worked on them in the van. When he replaced the lock on the door, it was very tight, and hard to make the key lock or unlock the mechanism. He then filed the strike plate down a little, and presto -- it was working smoothly and easily! Even with arthritic hands, it's a breeze to set the deadbolt now! Can't say enough nice things about Eastern --- from the initial phone call, to the ease of arranging an appointment, to the locksmith getting the job done! Highly recommend you use them for your next lock problem!"
