I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. "The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."

Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."
