"I prioritized the four trees I wanted cut with the 1 day$1699 package. They started on the second tree first - that went fine. On the main tree I wanted cut they got most of it done but left 8 feet of the truck standing and headed over to their truck. Luckily I found them before they left - let them know that I was unhappy that they were just going to leave the tree trunk standing . I also let them know that they damaged the fence. They fixed the fence and agreed to cut the rest of the tree down but would have to leave the pieces due to timing. I gave them $100 extra and they cut the rest of the tree down. We will need to remove the pieces (still quite heavy/large)."
