"I moved into my new home on 7/8 and knew I needed to replace the 20 year old hot water heater. The water was warm in the shower and brown. Originally, I planned on getting a tankless unit, but that was prohibitively expensive and not allowed in my community. Taking the next prudent steps, I secured my three estimates. Not only was AquaFlow the least expensive, but when I met Enrique, I knew I wanted to work with him on this project and all future plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done, secured the tank from the supply dealer, and showed up at 9:00 AM promptly as promised. It was originally planned to be a two man job, but the other person couldn’t make it. Enrique did the entire job on his own. I was amazed. He worked until 5:00 PM. I asked why he didn’t just reschedule with me, but he stuck to the date and time he gave me. He also installed my new touch-less faucet and adjusted the cartridge in the shower and I now can take hot (not warm) showers."

"Frank came by to inspect why water was coming from underneath my tub. It was found to be a cracked tub. They Replaced it the following day. Great honest work."

"I had a great experience with Jon at Southbay Plumbing. My gas heater stopped working and he diagnosed the issue quickly, explained it in a way that I could understand, and had it repaired the same day. You can tell he really knows his craft. He's professional, honest. Dependable. Im really glad I found him. I also call him a couple months later to change a faucet."

"Granville House Victorians L.L.C. is extremely skilled and professional. My Victorian style house came out better than I could have dreamed. Granville took care of everything and they are extremely knowledgeable in what they do."

"I cannot say enough about the great response I had!I called them at 4:30 and they returned my call within a minute...literally a minute .. They asked me to text a photo of the toilet...they called right back and came right over to look at the toilet. They went to buy a part, came right back and fixed it! The job was finished by 5;40! And done right! Yes, I lucked out ... and called them at the end of their day...they could have easily let it go but instead, came right over and took on the job. I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing work done."

"Kevin is a true professional and can be trusted to work unsupervised in your home. He understood our needs and came up with a perfect bathroom design plan for us based on that. I've worked in construction so it takes a lot to impress me, Kevin did so at each phase. The demolition was quick and clean and he removed all the old framing, electric, plumbing, floors and subfloors and rebuilt from scratch using high quality materials. Kevin's workmanship far exceeded our expectations for the project. His attention to detail and skillful execution is easily worth twice the price. He created a separate temporary bathroom for us to use during the project. There were no surprise extras or unexpected delays, he stayed within budget (even saving us money on some things) and also did the entire job in the timeframe that was originally proposed. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Everyone who sees the new bathroom says, "It's the best room in the house!" We love it."

"We were getting very frustrated about trying to get someone to fix this toilet. A similar repair some years ago cost about $150,
but the new super in our building said this repair would cost about $400! We considered it....then logged on to Angie?s List.
Rapid Repairs referred us to a plumber near to us and he arrived that afternoon. He assessed the problem, left to buy the needed part and fixed the toilet when he returned. The bill: $160.
We were so grateful for the speedy, efficient help we got and highly recommend this company.
