"I was cleaning a towel bar and was too rough with it and it came off in my hand.  I called Norman and he asked me to send him a picture of it and i did.  He then got in touch with me and set up an appointment for a service tech to come and repair it.  When the service tech arrived he showed me I.D. and said he was sent by Norman from Homecraft and was here to fix the towel bar.  He was very courteous and i directed him to the bathroom upstairs. It only took the service tech named Frank ten or fifteen minutes to replace the towel bar. He cleaned everything up and was very professional.. I asked him the price for fixing it and he told me Norman said there would be no charge. Although Norman and his company built my dormered bathroom upstairs 6 years ago i was very happy that it was still warrantied. The bathroom looks great as does the kitchen downstairs Norman and his company did for me ten years ago. I still get compliments on both the kitchen and the bathroom .I  called Norman and thanked him. i still recommend Norman and Homecraft to anyone i speak with who needs any sort of work done in their house. "Working with Jose and is team was an excellent experience. He’s very dependable and reliable . He shows up on time and he works! His prices are very reasonable and his work product is wonderful. Jose was initially hired to do one project for me (renovation of all 3 bedrooms - install new ceiling light (bedroom had no overhead lighting ) repair ceiling, instal new ceiling fan, paint all bedrooms, built two custom closets. After I realized how well he worked, I asked him back to do a second project on my home, repainting the entire interior of my home, repairs to the ceiling etc. he also did more electrical work on the front of the house. He then did some tile replacement and I installed additional lights in the basement area. Based on the work my Neighbour saw at my home they also hired Jose to repaint the entire interior of their home.He’s the ONLY person I will ever call from now on for Anything I need done."

"Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
     Not only is Artie extremely talented, but he is so easy to work with, is very professional,responsible and shows up for a job when he says he will.....when do you ever get that?????  I HIGHLY recommend Artie Derosa!!"
