"David's crew did a complete rebuild of a 26x8 ft deck section that had been added in 2013 and suffered rot from the new pressure treating process, as well as a complete conversion to Composite Decking for our upper decks. The project included 1500 Sq ft of upper deck & porch surface in new Trex decking and replacement of all the pickets and posts (including the lower deck) with new PT lumber rails and hogwire instead of the old pickets. Drew, Tyler & Hunter worked seamlessly together, taking time to accomplish every aspect of the project right the first time while getting an impressive amount done each day. "I'll start by saying I chose Matt because of the reviews here on Angie's List and the photographs of his work on his web site. Matt doesn't come cheap, and we did have significantly lower bids for this job. We felt that these built-ins were going into our great room and needed to look good, like a piece of furniture. We felt confident that Matt could deliver the quality craftsmanship we wanted for this project, and decided the extra cost was justified. Matt suggested a bench under each window with storage and doors below and a Cherry top (seat) on the benches. We decided on a scribed fit against the fireplace, which meant Matt would have to cut the bookshelves to mate with the rock fireplace. Matt shared his plan to build the bookshelves in his shop, described the materials being used and the process he would use to paint the exposed surfaces, gave us a rough date for completion and assured us we would be happy with the result. On installation day, he showed up with his partner Josh and each took a side of the fireplace to work on. They spent the entire day installing our built-ins, and even had to finish up a few details on the following day. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. The built-ins look great, and have that quality furniture look we hoped for. The sprayed on lacquer finish is awesome and durable. What an improvement in the room!"

They pressure washed the house, caulked extensively, re-nailed a few boards, and put on two coats of stain. They left the site clean. Will definitely hire again when we need painting."
