"Would absolutely recommend Gary for any and all home repairs. We had a mitigation company leave us hanging with the agreed upon repairs, which included a third of the kitchen floor, cabinet toe kicks, and some of the basement ceiling. "Steve Rich responded to my Sunday email quote request the same day and arranged for a property survey the next morning. Despite the fact that the DOB had no record of a tank being removed, the survey showed no tank present on my property. As follow up, soil samples were taken at the tank "grave' and a report (fortunately clean) was completed and submitted to the DOB. All taken care of within a week. My home insurance was reinstated before the insurance company's deadline to remedy their objection. Steve and his staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I can't recommend them more highly."
