"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"I called Luis and 2 other contactor's for a small but essential sheetrock job inside our home and demolish and installation of new stairs outside. Well let me tell you Luis came to my house shortly after I called him and he gave me an estimate right away. A few days later I spoke with him and ask him if he could come and perform the sheetrock job next Thursday or Friday because timing was critical. He assured me that he could accommodate me with no worries. Well, Thursday came and he patched up my ceiling wonderfully. He did a very nice job on the sheetrock ceiling ($700). The next day he set up a 3 man crew to demolish my stairs and create a masterpiece new steps. He told us you will be able to walk up these steps with your eyes closed. He adjusted for the drainage and used part of the old stairs as a retaining wall. When the new steps were finished they were stunning and my wife loves them (1,800). We will definitely use Luis and his crew again for our future projects. He is very good."
